  • To place an order, visit our website and select the product you’re interested in. Submit a quote request through our online form. If you have design files ready, you can upload them directly. Otherwise, our team will contact you the same working day to discuss your needs and provide a detailed quotation.

  • Our delivery times are flexible to meet your needs. For urgent orders, we can often deliver products the next day, though this service incurs a premium. Our standard eco-service delivery takes one week. This allows us to combine multiple jobs on a single set of printing plates, reducing costs and minimizing environmental impact.

  • We do not offer specific discounts for charities. However, we ensure that our prices are as competitive as possible for all customers. As a local business based in Colchester, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and high-quality products to every client.

  • Most of our products are subject to the standard 20% VAT. However, certain items, such as flyers and leaflets, are VAT exempt. We will clearly indicate the applicable VAT rate for each product in your quotation.
